a keen interest in developing an insight into the sport industry.

Why this unique model?
Based at Graves Leisure students will study in purpose-built classrooms and facilities, creating a perfect learning environment to thrive within.
Alongside the academic studies, where 15 sports related units will be covered, students will train and play on a weekly basis, representing Qualitas in the Regional College League & against Academy professional clubs in friendly fixtures, aiding the courses uniqueness.
Qualitas are passionate about enhancing students’ employability skills, which is why students have access to work experience within Qualitas.
These opportunities include Participating and leading over 50 sporting events across 20 different sports, ranging from football and netball to water polo and fencing.
Course Details
- BTEC Level 3 Extended National Diploma in Sports Coaching & Development. Equivalent to 3 A levels.
- 12 hours minimum of education per week
- Full time football coaching modules - Category 3 academy modules of work and training.
- Three training sessions per week - Weekly fixtures including against professional category 3 academy teams.
- Strength & conditioning, analysis and recovery sessions included.
- Practical training sessions led by ‘UEFA’ qualified coaches
If you are a current Year 11 student and are looking for a football programme that will incorporate category 3 academy full time modules of work, alongside studying a BTEC level 3 sports coaching & development. Who will deliver the education?
Qualitas Sport Academy have linked with Virtual Learning UK, a Further Education and Work Based Training Provider, who will be responsible for the management and delivery of the educational element of the Scholarship. Virtual Learning UK currently work in partnership with many Sixth Form Schools, Further Education Colleges and Football Academies across the country.
