Barlborough Primary School 3:30pm – 5:30pm Kids Club (With Food) 2023/2024

This offer is for the 2 hours of kid’s club and will be a safe space for children to complete sport and exercise opportunities as well as the opportunity to read, practice spellings or complete homework, arts, and further crafts. In addition, your child will get a meal prepared for them, please see below what is included in the meal.

After School Club 3:30pm- 5:30pm

Location: School Hall & Intervention Room

Food Options

Children will be able to choose a maximum of three snacks. The snack options will be presented to the children during the session. Examples of snacks that will be offered include:

Cereal Bars

Fruit

Yogurts

Cheese

Rice Cakes

 Children can be picked up anytime during after school sports club or Qualitas Kids club, but payment will still be taken for the full hour(s).

Lateness:

Any parents who are late to pick a child up will be charged £1 per minute they are late. Parents will be informed of this prior to booking and this policy must be strictly adhered to.

*Terms & Conditions*

Refunds will not be available for sessions cancelled in under a 14-day notice. Instead of a refund you will be offered credit for an alternative date.

Food will need to be pre ordered no later than 7am on the morning of the booking.
