Congratulations your child has been nominated to received an award from school for their outstanding achievement and attitude in sport and physical education.

The Qualitas annual awards takes place on Friday 5th July at the Winding Wheel theatre in Chesterfield.

The event will start at 4:15pm and finish at 6:00pm.

The doors will open at 3:30pm. Please access the venue through the front doors of the venue, and have your ticket confirmation handy just to double check the booking name.

All seat are on the upper floor and refreshments will be available to buy from the main reception.

Due to the demand of the tickets, and limited availability, we ask parents/guardians to buy tup to two ticket per child attending the event so that every child has the opportunity for their parent/guardian to see them receive an award.  They are based on a first come first served basis. If there are extra tickets available we will contact schools to inform parents of the extra allocation.
