Deer Park Qualitas Afternoon Kids Club 4:30pm - 5:30pm 2023/2024

Location: Deer Park Primary School (See More Details)

Our hour extension of our afternoon kids club is for those children that are wishing to take part in the Qualitas sports clubs or school specific club that finishes at 4:30pm. After the children’s extracurricular hour they will join the rest of kids club in the hall where they will receive a meal and the 2nd hour kids club.

After School Kids Club 4:30pm- 5:30pm

Location: School Hall

Access needed: Drop off/ Pick up at Reception.

Meal Menu:

List of Sandwiches/wraps:

Chicken

Ham

Cheese

with a choice of salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato)

(mayo, salad cream optional)

 

Pot of yoghurt

Piece of fruit

Fruit bar

Meals will be served between 4:45pm -5:00pm

Children can be picked up anytime during after school sports club or Qualitas Kids club but payment will still be taken for the full hour(s).

Lateness:

Any parents who are late to pick a child up will be charged £10 per 15 minutes they are late. Parents will be informed of this prior to booking and this policy must be strictly adhered to.

Refunds will not be available for sessions cancelled in under a 14 day notice. Instead of a refund you will offered credit for an alternative date.

 

Please ensure orders for food are made no later than 7am on the morning of booking.

This will allow our catering team to prepare the meals.
