I joined Qualitas in July 2021 after previously working as a primary PE specialist for Forge School Sports Partnership in Sheffield. After gaining a 2.1 Class Honours Degree in Sports Coaching at Sheffield Hallam University in 2015. I have developed all aspects of the primary PESSPA curriculum across various schools in Sheffield, this ranges from creating a bespoke assessment tool, creation and delivery of CPD and a sports leader resource that was awarded the ‘innovation award’ by the Youth Sport Trust in 2018. I have worked to deliver a sustainable impact in my primary schools by attempting to up-skill all the teachers that I have worked with. Due to this experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the needs of schools with regards to PESSPA curriculum which I believe is fundamental to my job role as a School Cluster Manager. I have also worked as a fitness instructor for 10 years and have strong understanding of aspects of fitness and strength and conditioning. At 14 I played at Sheffield United Academy, then at 16 I played for Chesterfield for 1 year. Alongside Football, I also was involved in boxing at a young age. For Qualitas, my main responsibilities, as well as overseeing my Cluster of schools, include managing the development of our sports camps, delivering a high quality PE curriculum, developing training for staff and continuously expanding our business development models by inspiring new connections and links with relevant stakeholders.
